walk-store.com respects the deadlines for an order as long as there is stock available. If one of the products ordered is not available in stock, walk-store.com will contact the customer by email or telephone to inform the new delivery date of the product or request that it be replaced with a similar product. If the order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be refunded in the same way as the payment was made.
It is walk-store.com's policy to only present products for sale that are in stock in its warehouses, and for technical or circumstantial reasons there may be a discrepancy between the quantities presented for sale on the website www.walk-store.com and the quantities in stock.

PRICES
The sales prices indicated on the website are in euros, with taxes and duties included. Shipping costs, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and charged at the end of the order, depending on the destination and final value of the order.
walk-store.com reserves the right to modify prices at any time, however, it will always apply the price indicated on the website at the time the customer places the order. The walk-store.com website reserves the right to modify at any time the information and commercial offer presented regarding: products, promotions, commercial conditions and services.
WARRANTIES AND AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All products sold by walk-store.com benefit from a guarantee of conformity, without prejudice to the applicable legal guarantees. After receiving the order, the consumer must check that the item is in perfect condition and, in the event of a defect, contact Walkstore at info@walk-store.com within a maximum period of 14 days after delivery, so that the situation can be resolved.
After receiving the defective item, Walkstore will send it to the brand for analysis, always within the time period stipulated by law — 30 days. Regardless of the item in question, it must always be accompanied by a copy of the invoice, the warranty certificate for the item (watches, glasses, headphones) and the return form.
The warranty does not apply if the item is defective due to misuse or if it does not comply with the manufacturer's usage specifications.
For all intents and purposes, Walkstore disclaims any liability in the event of the manufacturer's refusal to apply the warranty. Repair estimates not accepted by the customer may be subject to administrative fees.
Shipping method
Walkstore ships via CTT Expresso or Correos Express (Portugal) and Correos Express (Spain). Each shipment is accompanied by the corresponding invoice.
After the order has been dispatched from our warehouses, responsibility for the same passes to the transport company.
For information purposes, without this entailing any link for walk-store.com and except for the unavailability of products or other unexpected eventual causes, the merchandise will be delivered according to the following deadlines:
Home delivery
1 to 3 business days (Mainland Portugal)
5 to 10 business days (Azores and Madeira)
1 to 3 business days (Spain)
Shipping costs
The amount to be paid for shipping, as it is added to the price of the products purchased, is calculated automatically at the time of finalizing the purchase.
Shipping is free on purchases of €50 or more for mainland Portugal and Spain. If the amount is less, a €4.99 charge will be made, which corresponds to the shipping cost. For the archipelagos, shipping is free on purchases of €125 or more, if the amount is less, a €11.99 charge will be made, which corresponds to the shipping cost.
Note: Walkstore is not responsible for customs costs and fees relating to orders placed online.
Exchanges, Returns and Refunds
In case of exchange or return, the customer will only be refunded the value of the item(s), using the same payment method used, excluding the cost of postage and shipping, except for the exceptions described above.
Walkstore undertakes to refund the customer within 5 working days, counting from the arrival of the returned item.
In the event of a defective item, the complaint will then be reported to the brand, with a maximum response time of 30 days.
If the brand accepts the complaint, the item may be replaced with a new one (it must be the same as the original, including in color and size), with a refund of the amount in the form of a voucher or using the same payment method (if the item in question is no longer in stock). If the complaint is not accepted, the brand will return the item in question to be delivered to the customer.
